What Is the E-Turquality Program?
The E-Turquality Program (Stars of IT) was created to develop our country's IT sector and its sub-sectors, encourage innovation and create regional and global unicorns capable of competing in international markets, and it was published and entered into force on 20.04.2022.

How Do I Apply to the E-Turquality Program?

Program Preconditions
Minimum Export Amount
The minimum average export amount requirement for the last 3 years must be met.
Domestic Trademark Registration
A domestic trademark registration certificate must be held.
Overseas Trademark Registration
An overseas trademark registration certificate registered in at least one of the countries party to the WIPO Madrid System is required.
E-Turquality Program Details
Companies included in the scope of the E-Turquality Program will be supported for a period of 5 years. This may generally be extended by 5 years provided that the specified performance criteria are met.
Application Process
Companies that complete the application criteria will be scored according to the program priority criteria and the application form. Companies must obtain 70 points to receive the E-Turquality Certificate.
Preliminary Assessment Form and Application Documents
The Preliminary Assessment Form, Application Document, CPA-Approved Financial Information Form and supporting documents are prepared.
Preliminary Review
A preliminary review of the company is conducted using a management consulting approach.
E-Turquality Certificate
The company that meets the criteria as a result of the assessment becomes eligible to receive the certificate.
Strategic Business Plan
A strategic business plan is prepared with management consulting support.
Preliminary Approval and Payment Requests
The required preliminary approval and payment request processes are carried out within the scope of the support.
Strategic Business Plan Update
The strategic business plan is updated each year and performance is monitored.
Receipt of the Grant
At the end of the process, the transfer of the earned grant amounts to the company is completed.
