Customer Privacy Notice
As SİSTEM GLOBAL DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") we respect and value the privacy of individuals. We would therefore like to inform you about the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "KVKK") and your related rights.
This Privacy Notice has been prepared for the Company's customers, prospective customers, authorised representatives of customer organisations and visitors to the Company.
a) Data Controller
As the Company we hereby notify you that we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the KVKK and the relevant legislation.

b) Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
The table below sets out the purposes for which your personal data is processed and the relevant legal grounds:

c) Method of Collection
Your personal data will be obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, through automated or non-automated methods, in order to fulfil the purposes set out in section (b), relying on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Diary notes, email, the relevant system, contracts, verbal communication, telephone calls
- Through the relevant system
- Via email
- Via email, through forms completed on the website, business-card exchange
- Via email, through the relevant system, telephone calls
d) Recipients and Purposes of Transfer of Personal Data
Pursuant to Article 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred without seeking the explicit consent of the customer for the following purposes:
- Authorised public institutions and organisations under legal obligations,
- Internal Company departments and affiliated entities.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights as a "data subject":
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data and to request that such correction be communicated to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data where the reasons for processing have ceased, even though processing was lawful, and to request that this be communicated to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to a result that is to your detriment that arises from analysis of your data solely by automated systems,
- To request compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit requests in relation to the rights listed under Article 11 of the KVKK by:
- Visiting the Company in person at "Eski Büyükdere Cad. Huzur Mh. No:67 4 Levent Plaza Kat:5 34396 Sarıyer/Istanbul",
- Sending a written application via notary or registered mail so that your identity can be verified,
- Using secure electronic signature, mobile signature or (if applicable) an email address that you have previously notified to the Company and that is registered in our systems, by sending an email to kvkk@sistemglobal.com.tr, or by any other method that the Authority may determine in the future.
I have read and understood the information provided above within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
