Customer Explicit Consent Text

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have read and understood the Customer Privacy Notice and the Personal Data Protection Policy provided to me by SİSTEM GLOBAL DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and that I give my explicit consent of my own free will with respect to the matters set out below.

1. Marketing and Communication Activities

I give my approval with explicit consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of sending me promotional, campaign and advertising content related to the Company's products and services via commercial electronic messages (e-mail, SMS, telephone, etc.).

2. Marketing Analysis Activities

I give my approval with explicit consent to the processing of my personal data and its sharing with business partners within the scope of surveys, satisfaction measurements and market research aimed at improving the Company's customer experience.

3. Social Media and Digital Marketing

I give my approval with explicit consent to the processing of my personal data within the scope of targeted advertising and digital marketing activities on social media platforms.

4. Sharing with Third Parties (Consent-Based)

Limited to the marketing purposes specified above, I give my approval with explicit consent to the sharing of my personal data with the Company's business partners and service providers.

I am aware that I may apply to kvkk@sistemglobal.com.tr in order to withdraw my consent for any part or all of this explicit consent declaration. Withdrawing my consent shall not render unlawful the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), I have read and understood the information provided above and give my explicit consent.
