Purpose: To support the development of innovative products and production technologies and to reduce the financial risks arising from R&D.

Evaluation Criteria: Industrial R&D content and level of innovation, suitability of the project plan and infrastructure, and the conversion of outputs into economic benefit.

Summary: Call-based structure, 75% support rate, maximum term of 36 months, no budget limit.

Scope: New products, quality/standard improvement, cost-reducing techniques, new production technologies.

Eligible Costs: Personnel, travel, equipment-software-publications, R&D service procurement, consultancy/service procurement, materials-consumables, CPA and certification report expenses.

Purpose: To contribute to the transformation of university/public knowledge into products/processes in line with SME needs and to their commercialization.

Summary: Continuous application, project upper limit of TRY 1 million, 60% support for large-scale enterprises and 75% for SMEs, maximum 24 months.

Application: Joint project applications by capital companies together with higher education institutions/research institutions.

Eligible Costs: Personnel, travel, equipment-software-publications, materials-consumables, service procurement and related financial advisory expenses.

Purpose: To strengthen the R&D capacity of SME-scale organizations and increase their innovative activities.

Summary: Continuous application, 75% grant rate, project upper limit of TRY 1,200,000, maximum 18 months.

Scope: New products, quality/standard improvement, cost-reducing techniques, new production technologies.

Notes: For successfully completed projects, an incentive award is given to the researcher who originated the idea; up to a total of 5 project applications are possible under certain conditions.

Purpose: To encourage companies to participate in international R&D platforms such as EUREKA, EUROSTARS and similar; to accelerate technology transfer and the development of original technology.

Summary: Continuous application, 60% support for large-scale enterprises / 75% for SMEs, no budget limit, project duration aligned with the duration of the international project.

Impact: Increased technical competence, access to international knowledge and the development of global competitiveness.

Purpose: To increase added value through medium-high and high-technology focused projects and to support project generation in national priority areas.

Priority Areas: Strong areas (automotive, ICT, machinery manufacturing) and areas requiring development (energy, food, water, defense, space, healthcare).

Summary: Call-based structure, project upper limit of TRY 6,000,000, 75% support for SMEs / 60% for large-scale enterprises, maximum 36 months.

Eligible Costs: Personnel, travel, equipment-software-publications, materials-consumables, domestic/overseas consultancy-services, CPA and general expenses.

Purpose: To enable technology- and innovation-focused ideas to be transformed into high value-added ventures.

Scope Areas: Smart transportation, smart manufacturing systems, energy and clean technologies, communications and digital transformation, health and well-being, sustainable agriculture and nutrition.

Process: A three-stage structure (business idea evaluation, business plan evaluation, commercialization-focused monitoring/development).

Summary: Call-based structure, upper limit of TRY 450,000, maximum 18 months; individual entrepreneurs holding at least a bachelor's degree may apply.

Purpose: To increase the quality of structures that produce scientific/technological knowledge and to strengthen the country's R&D competence.

Summary: Continuous application, budget upper limit of TRY 10,000,000, 75% support rate.

Notes: The support period is 5 years and may be extended under the necessary conditions; certain R&D expenditure thresholds apply to organizations wishing to apply for the program.

Purpose: The development of structures that will increase capacity in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.

Scope: Mentoring, qualified personnel, collaboration networks, clustering, project/technology management, project-investment marketplaces.

Summary: Call-based structure, upper limit of TRY 1,000,000, maximum 24 months.

Purpose: To increase SMEs' solution development and commercialization capacity through R&D projects based on customer needs.

Scope: R&D projects with no sector/subject restriction; a partnership model of an SME supplier and an SME/large-scale customer organization.

Summary: Call-based structure, upper limit of TRY 5,000,000, 60% support for large-scale enterprises / 75% for SMEs, maximum 24 months.

Eligible Costs: Personnel, travel, consultancy, service procurement, equipment-software-publications, materials-consumables and financial advisory expenses.

Technical assistance costs incurred to help SMEs comply with green transformation requirements are supported.

The support rate can reach up to 90% for technology consultancy, capacity/situation analysis, problem identification, solution approaches and roadmap preparation services obtained from expert organizations. The support period is defined as 6 months, with a budget upper limit of USD 7,000.

Services Eligible for Support: Current situation analysis, gap analysis, solution development, roadmap creation and implementation guidance.

Pre-commercialization activities for green transformation-focused prototypes that have previously been developed through R&D are supported.

Capital companies benefiting from the supports are provided with interest-free repayable financing; support rates can reach up to 70% for large companies, 80% for SMEs and up to 90% for SMEs in the earthquake region.

Summary Information: A project duration of up to 24 months; project budget upper limits are defined for different scales.

The aim is to develop high value-added products/product groups for industry by establishing innovation platforms through collaboration among the private sector, universities and the public sector.

There is a grant mechanism for universities and public institutions, and an interest-free repayable financing mechanism for capital companies. Support rates vary by scale, and performance-based grant conversions may apply.
