What Is the E-Turquality Program?
The E-Turquality Program (Stars of IT) was created to develop the IT sector and its sub-sectors in Türkiye, encourage innovation and build regional and global unicorns capable of competing in international markets. It was published and entered into force on 20.04.2022.

How Do I Apply to the E-Turquality Program?

Program Prerequisites
Minimum Export Amount
The minimum average export amount over the last 3 years must be met.
Domestic Trademark Registration
You must hold a domestic trademark registration certificate.
International Trademark
A trademark registration certificate is required in at least one country party to the WIPO Madrid System.
E-Turquality Program Details
Companies accepted into the E-Turquality Program will be supported for 5 years. If the performance criteria are met, the program can be extended for an additional 5 years.
Application Process
Companies that meet the application criteria are scored based on the program's priority criteria and the application form. To receive the E-Turquality Certificate, companies must achieve a minimum score of 70.
Pre-Evaluation Form and Application Documents
The Pre-Evaluation Form, Application Document, CPA-Certified Financial Information Form and supplementary documents are prepared.
Pre-Assessment Study
A pre-assessment study of the company is carried out with a management advisory approach.
E-Turquality Certificate
Companies that meet the criteria after evaluation become eligible to receive the certificate.
Strategic Business Plan
A strategic business plan is prepared with management advisory support.
Preliminary Approvals and Payment Requests
Preliminary approvals and payment requests required under the support framework are managed.
Strategic Business Plan Updates
The strategic business plan is updated annually and performance is tracked.
Receiving the Grant
At the end of the process, eligible grant amounts are transferred to the company.
